This will be organized by Westwood Ridge and will commence at 1:00PM on the move-out date or earlier if mutually agreed. Please note Westwood Ridge cannot guarantee the availability of cleaning service until we confirm with our service provider. I/We will conduct my own move-out cleaning. I/We understand that the apartment must be in move-in ready condition by 1:00PM on the last day of my tenancy. If I do not return the unit in a clean/move-in ready condition, I/we understand that we will be responsible for all costs associated with last minute cleaning including alternate accommodations for the new tenants if the unit cannot be cleaned in time for the incoming tenant. Carpet Cleaning Pricing For suites that contain carpet I understand as per my lease agreement, carpet cleaning will be conducted by the Landlord and the associated costs deducted from my security deposit.
