You may end your monthly tenancy by giving the Landlord at least one full month’s written notice, no later than the last day of a given month. For example, if you wish to move out on September 30th, you must ensure that the Landlord receives your written notice on or before midnight the 31st of August.

- I/We agree to grant access to any representative of Westwood Ridge Development Corporation for purpose of showing prospective tenants through the property in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act.

- This notice is not valid until received by Westwood Ridge Development Corporation.

- All Tenants must vacate by 1:00pm on the day the tenancy ends.
Westwood Ridge would appreciate knowing the reason for your moving.
Suite Cleaning*
- Upon my move-out I would like to request a cleaning service to be scheduled by Westwood Ridge for a final clean of my apartment ($37.50/hour + tax - minimum 6 hours). This will be organized by Westwood Ridge and will commence at 1:00PM on the move-out date or earlier if mutually agreed. Please note Westwood Ridge cannot guarantee the availability of cleaning service until we confirm with our service provider.
- I/We will conduct my own move-out cleaning. I/We understand that the apartment must be in move-in ready condition by 1:00PM on the last day of my tenancy. If I do not return the unit in a clean/move-in ready condition, I/we understand that we will be responsible for all costs associated with last minute cleaning including alternate accommodations for the new tenants if the unit cannot be cleaned in time for the incoming tenant.
For suites that contain carpet
I understand as per my lease agreement, carpet cleaning will be conducted by the Landlord and the associated costs deducted from my security deposit.

By signing the electronic signature below, I/We hereby give notice that I/We will vacate the rental unit at the above noted address by 1:00PM on the “Move-Out Date" and agree to the above noted statements. I/We understand that Westwood Ridge Development Corporation reserves the right to show my apartment to prospective tenants by providing 24 hours’ notice to be sent by email to the email address noted above in accordance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act.
